Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
RomeoTask is a personal project manager currently in beta. This page explains what we collect so we can run the service.
What we collect
- Your email address, used to create an account and send login codes.
- Tasks you create: titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, and subtasks.
- Files you attach to tasks.
- Sharing details, including who you invite and whether they can view, comment, or edit.
- A login token stored in your browser so you stay signed in.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide RomeoTask: sign you in, save your work, send transactional email (login codes and share notifications), and show shared tasks to people you invite.
Sharing
When you share a task by email, that person can see the task and anything nested under it, according to the permission you chose. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep account and task data while your account is active. Login codes expire and unused tokens are cleaned up automatically.
Your choices
You can stop using RomeoTask at any time. During beta, account deletion and other privacy requests can be made from the Help page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
